You will work directly with CEO and CTO to explore global AI trends, test real tools, build rapid PoCs, and turn research into business value.
This is our first AI innovation role with high visibility and strong impact on company strategy.
Responsibilities:
Track Global AI Trends
Monitor updates from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.
Analyze impact, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare executive summaries and comparison reports.
Test AI Tools & Agents
Experiment with LLM tools, code agents, and AI products.
Evaluate productivity and feasibility.
Deliver demos and technical reports.
Applied Research
Read practical AI papers and GitHub projects.
Translate research into real product ideas.
Rapid PoC Development
Build fast Proofs-of-Concept using AI tools.
Focus on speed and clarity over production code.
Validate ideas for leadership decisions.
Innovation & New Business Ideas
Propose AI services, tools, and architectures.
Support CEO's technical content (diagrams, explainers).

Strong Python or JavaScript
Solid AI/ML fundamentals
Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
Ability to read research papers & GitHub repos
Strong analytical thinking
Good English reading & writing
Nice to Have
