MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Ensure supplier's invoives recorded accurately and timely, ensure make payment timely to suppliers - Ensure input invoices are correct & legal according to tax regulation
'- Process for checking and matching supplier's invoice on system (Profit & FDA) to run payment to suppliers timely & effectively
'- Contact and instruct the related department/ supplier to handle wrong invoices
'- Arrange and store VAT invoices tidily to ensure could provide to internal/ external audit when have inspection at year ended.
'- Make PO adjusment, invoice's minutes and other related reports
'- Other tasks/ report assigned from Leader/ Managers
Process for checking and matching supplier's invoice on system (Profit & FDA) to run payment to suppliers timely & effectively:
+ Matching supplier's invoice on system to run payment to suppliers timely
+ Apply the system to check information on supplier's invoice to ensure they're legal, correct with Purchase Order
+ Check and send new invoice's format, new email/ new way of sending invoice from the supplier for training promtly
Contact and instruct the related department/ supplier to handle wrong invoices
+ Instruct the invoice 's information, problems to related department
Arrange and store VAT invoices tidily to ensure could provide to internal/ external audit, competent authorities when requested
Make PO adjusment, invoice's minutes and other related reports
Other tasks/ report assigned from Leader/ Managers
+ Prepare monthly input VAT report and send to Tax team (HQ) timely
+Update and do Unmatching invoice report.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Bachelor Degree in accounting.
Have knowledge about invoice's regulation
Enthusiasm, adaptability, team-spirit are required
Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure.
Good inter-personal and reporting skills.
Negotiation and problem solving skills.

Speaking English skills.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
