As a Payroll Associate at First Trust ACPA, you will be responsible for delivering a range of payroll services. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery and provide timely responses to any inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Payroll Associate you will work in Hanoi Office - Financial Outsourcing Department, and you will:
Responsible for managing a specific portfolio of clients and ensuring all assigned engagements are properly maintained.
Coordinate with the team to deliver high-quality services to client
Support accurate and timely processing of monthly/bi‐weekly payroll
Collect, verify, and update employee payroll data including attendance, overtime, and deductions
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity in payroll systems
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and final payroll settlements
Support calculation of statutory deductions and contributions in compliance with Singapore regulations
Generate pay slips and assist in responding to employee payroll queries
Prepare standard payroll reports and support audits when required
Ensure payroll documentation confidentiality and compliance with internal controls
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resource, Accounting, or Financing.
Proficiency in English.
Computer literacy.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate with client and colleagues to provide financial outsourcing services such as bookkeeping, and other financial tasks.
Ensure deliverables to the head office meet established quality and timeline standards.
Liaise with clients to address queries related to the services provided.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by managers.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong background of accounting. Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is preferable.
2-3 years of experience in the accounting field.
Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with SAP/ Oracle is preferable.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
