Jaxtina is seeking enthusiastic and experienced native English teachers to join our team for part-time online classes. We are looking for candidates who can inspire and engage learners, specifically targeting a student profile of technical professionals and engineers.
Format: 100% Online.
Class Size: 10 students per class.
Scope: 04 classes (Levels: A1, A2, and B1).
Expected Start Date: First week of June.
Duration: 36 hours/course (24 sessions: 22 lessons + 2 assessments).
Session Length: 1.5 hours per session.
Schedule: 2 sessions/week (Weekday evenings, starting from 20:00 GMT+7).
Deliver engaging and interactive 4SKILLS lessons tailored for technical professionals and adult learners.
Follow the provided curriculum, including lesson plans, student books, and PowerPoint slides.
Utilize the integrated center-exclusive App to assign homework and conduct reviews.
Customize delivery and class interaction to align with students' proficiency levels (A1, A2, B1) and learning styles.
Assess students' speaking skills based on 4SKILLS criteria and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Monitor and report on student progress using internal tracking systems.
Collaborate with academic staff to ensure consistent teaching quality and student satisfaction.

Native English speaker (US accent required).
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification.

Remuneration: We offer a highly competitive remuneration package based on qualifications, performance, and teaching experience. (Specific rates are confidential and will be discussed during the interview).
Payment Schedule:
1st Installment: 30% of the total contract value after the first 8 sessions (subject to client satisfaction and performance review).
2nd Installment: The remaining 70% upon successful course completion and final report acceptance.
Payment Date: 15th of every month.
Teaching Support: Access to a full range of pre-prepared teaching materials, including structured lesson plans, student books, and PowerPoint presentations.
Growth: Professional development opportunities and potential for increased responsibilities within the academic team.
