Negotiate with global suppliers to secure the best prices and services.
Collaborate with the operations team to expand and improve the service portfolio, including unique and customized travel experiences.
Research new travel products, trends, and ideas to stay ahead of the market.
Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact to post-trip follow-up.
Manage all booking processes: reservations, ticketing, payments, and documentation.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple leads at once.
Passion for travel and for creating exceptional client experiences.
Good written and spoken English.
Experience in travel, tourism, or customer service is a plus, but if you can sell, we want you.
